Fedex Smartpost rates

A couple of weeks ago I discovered that the SmartPost rates offered by eBay were lower than the rates I was getting from FedEx via my account.  Sometimes eBay was offering discounts close to 50%.  I called my rep but don't have a response yet. 

But this week the SmartPost rates I'm seeing on eBay are not discounted nearly as much.  Has anyone else noticed a change?  Last week SmartPost was beating ParcelSelect about 70% of the time.  Not once today.

I'm not sure what you are seeing, but SmartPost rates haven't been competitive since late 2018.

Also, using SmartPost is a horrible way to treat a customer.
