Fedex Shipping Label Printing Vertically on Horizontal Labels?

This is the first time I've had any issues printing labels in a while. I checked my printer settings. I switched to landscape for the two settings I saw. No change. Label prints on the left of the horizontal label and the lower barcode gets cut off. On the label printing page I was able to right click and select rotate clockwise which I did. Still prints vertically. I've printed and wasted 5 labels thus far. Need to figure this out asap. I appreciate any help.

Yes, hadn't used Fedex in a while but USPS was pricing out at $40 for what was a Fedex Home $20 package.

I wasted an hour trying to get the label to print horizontal on my label page. **bleep** eBay!

I see there are a lot of workarounds here for this, but what a PIA. Fedex, tell eBay to Fix this!!!

NOW THE ISSUE WITH THE LABEL DISPLAYING AND PRINTING VERTICALLY HAS SHOWN UP ON THE IPAD WITH THE CURRENT IOS SOFTWARE 13.2 AND THE CURRENT EBAY APP. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SPOKE TO JEANINE WHO WAS VERY CONDESCENDING AND TOLD ME IT HAS TO BE SOMETHING ON MY END WITH WHATEVER SOFTWARE IS PREVIEWING THE IMAGE. I TOLD HER THE SOFTWARE I WAS USING WAS THE EBAY APP AND SHE TOLD ME I SHOULDN'T USE THE EBAY APP FOR PRINTING. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE????

Just cut label sheet in half and place on the right side of paper feed tray - just tried and it worked.

Two easy solutions -

reduce size of image so it will fit on the top label half

No offense, but that is not the easy solution. The easy solution is for eBay to fix the page orientation... getting page orientation right was a minor issue when I bought my first laser printer in 1988! Why is this an issue that would take them months to fix?
It feels insane...

Almost 2020 and this is still broken.  FEEbay has some real internal problems that they haven't been able to figure this out and get it fixed for almost a year now.  This isn't some obscure feature.

March 2020 and I've been dealing with this issue for a very very long time. My solution is to cut and has been the normal but what annoying thing that is ! Scaling it works too..but talk about bad work flow. I have the issue on my Android eBay app and windows computer using Firefox...

Has to problem actually been fixed. If it has let me know the solution. I use the same 8.5 x 11 labels cut in half so they are  8.5 x 5.5. They work for UPS and USPS labels. But with FedEx label I have to change the page orientation from the printer drop down menu then go to finishing and select rotate 180 degrees. If if forget the change it when I print the UPS of USPS label I waste a label because it prints in the FedEx orientation.

I had to go "old school" and use scissors and cut the avery paper in half and then use tape and taped the avery label on a regular sheet of printing paper just use the small amount of tape so when you print nothing gets stuck in the printer it worked perfect for me .  tape it on the top left or right of your regular paper.

I have also the same issue with fedex label, the USPS label is fine. Ebay should do something, changing potret to landscape vice versa, doesn't do any good. I am IT person so I know what I am doing, there is no solution unless eabay do something.
