This is the first time I've had any issues printing labels in a while. I checked my printer settings. I switched to landscape for the two settings I saw. No change. Label prints on the left of the horizontal label and the lower barcode gets cut off. On the label printing page I was able to right click and select rotate clockwise which I did. Still prints vertically. I've printed and wasted 5 labels thus far. Need to figure this out asap. I appreciate any help.

*I had the same problem tonight and reported it to eBay under the "where did the classic view go" (or something like that, on the label printing page.
My work around was to print it to a PDF, and then take a screen shot, paste that into Word and crop & rotate to fit the label. A PITA, but it worked. Hopefully they'll figure it out and bring back the ability to print FedEx labels 2 per page. It seems that I used to have to do something different with FedEx labels previously, but it wasn't this big of a deal.

Same problem here. This has been going on for quite a while. Issue occurs both in Chrome and Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Has been reported to @askEbay on Twitter numerous times. They have been communicating with their devs and they are well aware of the bug.
It is not OP's computer or settings. If it was, then USPS labels would be affected as well. This is 100% an Ebay bug.
One thing I haven't looked into is whether it still occurs when doing bulk label printing. I just don't buy Fedex labels often enough to troubleshoot as well as I'd like.

Called eBay and reported it - twice. They did not have a fix for it. Hopefully it will take less time to fix than did the FedEx shipping price discrepancy which took a year. I would think eBay had enough money to hire the best programmers.

What amazes me is they even did away with going back to classic printing before fixing the bug! Are you kidding me!? You had a perfectly good link at the top where people could go back to classic printing until you fixed all the bugs but you remove it and force us to use the new broken system where I can't even print a Fedex label properly?

There are currently two solutions.
1) There's a way to get back to the classic flow even with the link gone, you'll have to search for the thread on how to get there. BeserkerPlanet was kind enough to document this.
2) Open a FedEx account and link your eBay account to it. You still get the eBay discounts, but you use FedEx to print. Bonus, you are now the shipper of record and can address any issues directly with FedEx instead of begging eBay to contact FedEx.

doing exactly the same here...huge PITA.

You're actually wrong twice. I had the page for the classic printing saved and now it's just an error page. Ebay prices and FedEx prices are actually different even if you add the discount to your Fedex account. The prices use to be close, but not anymoer. For expensive FedEx labels i have to check both ebay and FedEx directly. Ebay is cheaper nearly every time.
As to getting the label to print correctly, there's no easy way using ebay's system. It's just screwed up and we're at the mercy of eBay's terrible programmers to fix it. For a company that makes as much as Ebay does, sure takes them FOREVER to fix simple things.

I use the eBay classic label flow all day long for FedEx and USPS with no problems. You aren't doing it right.

(automatically w/ Redirector, use the bookmarklet, or manually edit the URL (replace "new_label" with "back_to_classic" w/ no quotes)
Have seen no one complain those methods no longer work

That is correct, and more so for pkgs where dimensional weight is a significant factor. Something changed at some point a while back, and although the eBay discounts are still applied, they appear to be less, and FedEx.com is using their standard 139 dimensional weight divisor for Ground/Home Delivery labels instead of the better eBay 166 divisor as in the past. That bumps the FedEx rates up over the eBay rates now (in some cases significantly)
An example: 6 lb 13x13x10 pkg via Home Delivery to zone 7 residential destination just tested
eBay label flow uses a dim weight of 9lb for a cost of $17.70 (shows a 17% eBay discount off of list rate price)
FedEx label flow uses a dim weight of 10lb for a cost of $19.62 (shows a 10% volume discount off of list rate price)
Difference used to be literally pennies, but is no longer. Still better than a bare FedEx account with no eBay discounts linked, but not as good as a FedEx account where even better than eBay discounts can be negotiated with FedEx - but that requires volume or dumb luck)

Use the classic label flow for FedEx until that is no longer an option, or eBay gets the new flow FedEx bugs worked out.

I'm having exactly the same problem and the phone call with Customer support is incredibly frustrating. I had to e-mail them their own link to their example showing how the label should print and then my label and they still don't seem to even understand the problem, let alone a solution!
Maybe someone else will have more success. Here's the link to the sample on eBay's own store if anyone calls customer support like I did: https://gslblui.ebay.com/gslblui/img/labeltemplates/examples/US_8x11_A4_sample.pdf

Here's what I do: cut my label sheet in half (so I only have one label). take that label and tear off a tiny piece of the backing at each corner. take the label that now has 4 sticky spots and stick it on a 8.5x11 sheet of paper. feed that mess into your printer and if it doesn't jam, you get a nice label printed! "eBay - we make simple things difficult".

First reported on 02-11-2019 it is now over eight months later and this PITA bug still hasn't been fixed. If eBay wants to charge a seller's fee, they **bleep** well better fix this bug.
