When looking to purchase a label through Fedex, it has a red disclaimer that says they are experiencing issues. Does anybody know the details concerning this? Do you think it's best not to buy a label? Thank you!

11/5 and no the issue is not fixed and the response is use other carrier or go to fedex office for the issue. 20.00 + difference in carriers. What's really going on?

same here "be aware that Fedex label printing is not available at the moment" I depend on Fedex for pickup pf package when shipped. Going to the Fedex store is not an option. Will checkout UPS for label and pickup also. I guess I need to have backup shipper ready this season to smooth out supply issues!

I have been using Canada Post for several years now . Over 200 shipments and had ONE damaged. NONE lost. no problems.
Since I started using FedEx this summer TWO damaged and 2 others that had my customers notified that their shipment had been cancelled . Spent 30 minutes with FedEx both times just to find it was a computer error.
My solution to the FedEx problem is simple. DON"T USE FEDEX!
