Fed Ex Label Issue

Hello all,

For the past month or two, I have encountered a weird issue.   

When printing Fed Ex labels through Ebay, it prints everything fine down to the barcode below, then it somehow disconnects the printer halfway through the barcode and a few seconds later, the printer reconnects and works fine.   This ends up with only having the top 3/4 of the label, with just enough barcode for Fed Ex to scan.

UPS and USPS labels print perfectly with no issues.   

All of our 4x6 label printers are having this issue in the shop.

Anyone else having this issue or have any idea what the fix maybe??

Are you printing FedEx through ebay?

Does the label preview look ok?

Is your browser opening PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader?

What OS, browser, and printer model are you using?

Try first to save it a s a .PDF   and then print it from that.
