Hands down the most frustrating, disgusting, insane selling season on eBay in the almost 20 years I've been selling on this account. January is my 20th anniversary if I survive.
I also have packages late, lost, missing, no scans after my acceptance confirmation scan form scanned at the PO, horribly nasty buyers messaging me demanding a refund the day after eBay's ESTIMATED delivery date and one item obliterated by the PO so far. Item had to have been run over by a forklift as it was a heavy solid injection molded piece with no raised areas or bends. The buyer was very nice and wanted a replacement which I sent immediately.
On the good side, I did have numerous packages shipped the week of Nov 25 finally arrive to their buyers addresses and another 2 or 3 finally showing movement that were shipped Dec 3.
Just today I'm dealing with a looney toon who ordered 2 identical sets of books, got them in 3 days, then wants me to send her a free shipping return label so she can send back one set and have me replace it with a different set that she never ordered and expects me to pay to ship that set to her. I pay shipping cost 3 times? Who are these people??
Stay calm and persevere everyone, these days shall also pass.

P.S. Maybe eBay will send a token gift in January to all of us sellers who survived the holiday selling season of 2020. Just kidding, we all know that's not going to happen.
