Essential Information Missing from eBay Standard Envelope Instructions

As I tried to utilize the eBay Standard Envelope pricing... I attempted to post several Collectibles / Disneyana ... Postcards... I found that Disneyana has no "Postcards" category... and though it successfully allowed me to select the Standard Envelope shipping option from the "Other Disneyana" category  (# 138)... after the item was sold... it blocked me from using Standard Envelope shipping.

Apparently, when using the Standard Envelope shipping rate for mailing postcards... only two options are allowed:

Collectibles / Postcards & Supplies / Postcards / Topographical  (# 262042)

and

Collectibles / Postcards & Supplies / Postcards / Non-topographical  (#262403)

First... the average shopper on eBay has no idea what a "topographical" or "non-topographical" postcard is.  Why use terminology that is known to so few buyers and sellers?  Postcard experts might have been using the terms for many years... but the general public has no understanding of those terms in this context.

Second... if they're going to force all sellers to list in only two different categories for postcards in order to use the Standard Envelope pricing... it should more explicitly name the only two allowed categories.

Third... if a seller creates a listing using a specific category that does not qualify for "Standard Envelope" pricing... then that shipping option should not be permitted in completing the listing.  Otherwise, eBay is leading the seller to believe that the listing is valid... when it is clearly prohibited for Standard Envelope pricing... but is revealed only after the item has been sold and the seller is then saddled with the added shipping cost for "First Class"...

Again, the concept is a good one... but the quality of education supporting the program is insufficient.
