I am trying to issue a full refund on an item purchased. I am getting an error message for the last 2 days. Says to try again later or "contact us". I have called twice and neither person could tell me what to do, except to say something I didn't understand as there English was not very understandable. I did catch the word Paypal. I am running out of time to do something, I don't want the item back. I have plenty in my account for available funds, so that shouldn't be a problem. Any advice?

If you're in MP, there's no need for eBay C/S to mention PayPal. Are you beginning from the drop-down menu next to the Order, and selecting 'Send refund'? Does the error occur when you submit it?
