How does one email customer service for eBay or if that doesn't exist do they have a phone number to call. I paid for 2 day priority Mail and it took two weeks. I want to be reimbursed. Ebay is the worst on this planet as far as I'm concerned. The postal service is horrible to say the very least and they can't even tell you the Honest truth on the tracking and i have that Proof. It showed my package going to places i cant believe and is Ridiculous. I wish i had a way of showing it right here for all to see. If i had not gone to the post offy myself i still wouldn't have this package because it shows in the tracking it actually left my post office and went to Washington dc terminal and still hasn't left there as of yet. Not once in the 4 times I've used ebay has anything Ever worked as its supposed to it has always been a cluster of **bleep** ola to say it nicely and never ever again will i Ever use ebay even if the price is cheaper because its just nit worth it because even now I'm trying to find a way of contacting this Highly Ridiculous so called company. Why can't eBay get it's act together? It's Extremely Obvious they just don't care because if they did i would not be wasting my time writing this but I'm so **bleep** i had hopes this would help someone else not to make the same mistakes i have ordering from this ignorant company. Make customer service a priority eBay. Have a email address and as well a phone number for your customers to call and make it easy to find this information don't make others spend 30 minutes plus trying to find this. The only reason I'm writing this to the eBay community is because i could not find any customer service number or email for eBay and its my bet i never will there probably like WISH is run by bots Very ignorant one's at that.

I suspect if you were to speak to eBay, eBay would tell you to take it up with the USPS.

Not an Ebay issue....its USPS. They are TERRIBLE on the east coast.

I would not blame you at all if you've had no luck with all four of your orders. Shopping on eBay isn't for everyone.

Your package wasn't delayed by eBay so they are not at fault. Your package wasn't shipped by eBay so they are not at fault. You didn't order anything from eBay, you ordered something from an individual seller, so eBay is not at fault. Until you can understand where the fault lies you will continuously encounter issues. Figure out who is actually to blame here. Best of luck to you....

I disagree with you 100% because i could not make this purchase without using eBay so i do not understand why eBay wouldn't have fault here. Second this doesn't answer my questions such as how does one contact eBay customer service because they do advertise it but i see no way of making any contact. Yes i do agree that the United States postal service is at fault here and there also fortunately stealing money from other's like myself and not deliveriy on there 2 day delivery Promise yet charge you for such plus as i stated if i had a way of showing everything the tracking you just wouldn't believe it, it's so Ridiculous. Im sure its the reason tax payers bailed them out for 10 mil bucks because it's going to be a waste of tax payers dollars when there out of business next year because they can't survive like there going. Anyway if you can tell me excatly how to make contact with eBay by email and or phone I'd appreciate that because of there going to use the us postal service they should know what's going on with it's customers that is if they want to keep them.

There is no guarantee on that 2-day Priority delivery. 2 days is an estimate based on average service results. There is no refund on cost of postage if a package takes more than 2 days. Your money was not stolen.

eBay did not use the USPS to mail your package. Your seller did.
Businesses need to decide how far to go to keep customers. Sometimes letting unreasonable customers go is a better move than the cost of hyperextended customer service trying to placate the small number of customers who have/cause the most problems.
At the top of this page is an "eBay Help" link. Click the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page. Click on the appropriate subject choice, repeat as necessary until you get options at the bottom of the page to "Chat with our automated assistant" or "Have us call you".

I completely agree with you. Ebay is really starting to make me mad as well. did you know ebay has been banning people that did nothing wrong? oh yes and ebay doesn't help people get their packages back. It is a huge mess here.
