Is it just me or is any shipping option that starts with the word Ebay, ie economy envelope or media mail, unreliable and slow? Is it even worth saving a dollar? I’ve got several customers reporting they haven’t received their products within 3 weeks. Tracking is never updated or scanned. Should I just not consider ebay shipping and stick with usps? I have now had 3 customers claim they haven’t received their economy envelope. Called usps and they said they scan those but rarely does ebay download them. There’s no way to prove that the customer actually received their package. And ebay freezes your account until you refund. Offer a service that’s meant to screw the seller. It’s ridiculous is what it is.
