Ebay package

Okay so my shoes didn't pass the description of what I had listed (they were real, it was just the condition), they had sent out my package so it can be returned to me but that package has been delayed for almost 2 weeks now but today it says it's being shipped back to the shipper (which is ebay's authentication team) and i'm trying to reach ebay to resolve this but nothing is coming up??? Can someone please help asap.

Perhaps I have a bad day today, frankly, I am totally confused as to what is going on. I don't sell shoes, perhaps that's why.

 

So you listed shoes on ebay. They were not as described (what does that mean, they were real?). Who claims they were not as described. You say 'they sent out' your package? Who is they? The buyer? You say it is being return to "me" i.e. to you,  but then you say that it is being sent back  to the shipper (ebay), so you are not the shipper. The buyer is sending them to ebay? WHen you say "it says".. who, what says that? Tracking, got en email from ebay?

 

Sorry, I guess the sellers who sell shoes will understand, but when you write about a problem, write it from a standpoint of a reader who knows nothing about the issue.

@martin2001 When selling high value shoes eBay has an authentication company that you send the item to before it ships to the buyer. Evidently the shoes didn't pass the authentication process and were being returned back to the seller. It seems that the tracking is showing that the item is being sent back to the authentication center for some reason.

There have been many complaints about the authentication company that eBay uses. This is one of them.

@isa-590650 Did they give you a reason why? It could be that your listing stated new with defects but your Item description shows Brand new at the very bottom. You should probably contact eBay for Business on Facebook. They might be able to let you know what is going on with the return. The CS reps on the phone aren't that helpful. Good luck.

Yes, it said it arrived to my city but it said "Pending" for over a week.

Still not quite enough info.  Arrived in your city? Where in your city, like the USPS? If so, have you contacted them and asked about this?

You should probably contact eBay for Business on Facebook. They are better trained than the CS phone reps.
