Ebay Labels Non Functioning - Broken

As of 12:18 PDT 6/12/23, Ebay Labels takes your money but does not print the label, you cannot find the label by looking in the Shipping area on Ebay, but the money has been deducted from my Payments. Never sent an Email from Ebay stating the label was purchased but in my Payments area and on the item sale report area a tracking number has been assigned. Yet another Ebay problem. Now, Buyers cannot get their items sent using Ebay labels. I guess it's time to use another vendor instead.

Seller Hub>See All Orders>Shipping Labels (on the left). Then select reprint label from the drop-down menu next to the item.

If it still won’t print when you find the link tha @heckofagame  gave, try another browser.  That worked for me the other day although that was on the .ca site.

If a label was generated you should be able to void it once the issue is fixed, otherwise I'm sure eBay will credit all the sellers whose labels weren't generated. It's a widespread issue.

Sorry, @heckofagame, Ebay took the money, issued a tracking number. The tracking number, when clicked on, says "Sorry, were having problems" and that's it. No record of the label anywhere in or on Ebay, but they got the money. All shipping labels, unless modified by the Seller, are sent to the Seller via Email from Ebay when paid for. There were no labels ever sent to my Email account today since this started. Tracking number is also invalid at USPS. You only have 24 hours after the label is paid for to void it, after that Ebay and USPS will not except the void.  So unless Ebay rectifies all the labels that their system thinks is valid, i.e., takes the Purchasers word for it that they never received/used the label and there was a error in their system, no refund.

Hey devon@ebay, kyle@ebay. A lot of sellers are reporting this. Can you work to get an official response from eBay on how this will be handled?

Might not be a bad idea to put a pinned post on the shipping board letting sellers know about the issue, whether they'll be protected from late shipping or if they are expected to purchase labels elsewhere until this is resolved, and whether or not their credits will be automatic. It seems there's no record of the labels on the label history page for sellers to void.

Is eBay expecting this to be fixed by end of day or is the fix time unknown?
