Ebay Bucks

I bought an item using eBay Bucks and my money. I returned the item, the seller refunded me but my eBay Bucks is not returned. I talked to customer service twice already. The first guy said wait for 5 business days for it to appear on my eBay Bucks. Five days passed, nothing. I chatted again with another CS guy, I was told to wait for 10 business days. It's been 12 days now and still waiting. I have the chat transcripts for both. What do I do now?
