Dymo Thermal Printer Crops Left Edge eBay Standard Label ?

Does anyone else experience their Dymo Thermal Printer cropping the left edge on eBay Standard Labels?  Regular eBay labels print normally on Dymo, but new the new Standard Labels for trading cards / coins, get their left edge cropped from the resultant printing.  Standard Labels don't have the edit size to fit like regular labels do.  Any solutions?  P.S. the eBay rep had no idea what a thermal printer was when I inquired and could provide no assistance...

Unfortunately, when ebay set this up they did not include the label printer formats, although it will shrink to fit a 4"x6" label.

Make sure your browser is set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.  In the label preview you should be able to make adjustments to get the label to fit the 4"x6" format.

If still a problem come back with OS, browser, printer model, and any further details.
