Double Charge on Shipping Label - Refund? Help!

Hi!

I recently purchased TWO of the same shipping labels through eBay by accident -- it was almost $9 per label so I literally lost money of this small sale. I requested a refund of ONE of the shipping fees over a week ago but haven't received or heard anything back. Any advice?

The shipping label refund take a few weeks to make sure you don't use the label. Hang tight, the refund will be issued to you.

It'll be 3 or 4 weeks before you receive the refund.

We are assuming you voided the label not used correctly.

It will be more than a week before that money is returned to you by USPS. You will get a notification.
