When I pay postage to mail with USPS does that also include delivery???!!!
Is there another fee I should of paid to actually get the package delivered?

Yes, postage paid to mail something includes delivery. There is no additional fee to be paid. There is one caveat though: if not enough was paid for the postage, the package will arrive with postage due.

You make the label on eBay. You pay for the label. You put the label on the package and you take the package to the PO. Then USPS delivers the package. When tracking shows delivered you're done. That is unless the buyer wants to return it after its been delivered.

Actually I make labels right here on ebay and they send me all these additional costs have to pay every single day.
I don't know why. I ship everything out at 1 oz to save on costs. It works sometimes and I get no charges on a delivery. I'll just keep trying...

You have thousands of feedback as a seller. Surely you know how shipping works. What are you actually asking here?

This is a joke, right?
Are you saying that you understate postage in an attempt to defraud the USPS?
You should go ask your local Post Master if this is OK.
APV catches you , and charges.

Im starting to see the problem. USPS doesnt deliver the package nor does the tracking show delivered.

I'm asking if USPS delivers a package when postage is paid.

If not charged back by the APV then your customers could be seeing "postage due" notices.
Does not make for happy buyers.

It appears you are among the thousands of us frustrated by USPS delivery delays and probably hearing from angry buyers.
Recently shipped packages seem to be getting delivered in a decent amount of time, although I have some shipped last week that are showing as arriving late.
I have close to 100 packages shipped USPS between Nov 28 and Dec 18 that tracking is showing as stuck in various sorting facilities in Michigan, Indianapolis, and Baltimore, MD A few also stuck in PA, CA and FL.
Some of them were shipped Priority Mail so paying more didn't seem to make much difference in delivery speed.
Kudo's to those USPS workers who have worked overtime sorting and delivering the unprecedented number of packages shipped in December. USPS did hire seasonal workers but I believe the number hired was eclipsed by the number off sick with Covid-19. Plus having Amazon, UPS and other large quantity shippers pile their overload onto USPS didn't help matters. I am still waiting for an Amazon order placed 12/16 that tracking shows was supposedly handed off to USPS 12/23 and has since disappeared.
Based on my experience I believe it will take a few more weeks for USPS to unload the last of parked semi trailers and piled high warehouses.
May the world be a better place for us all in 2021.

Sure they were happy, but karma has a way of dealing with things.

So true. Infinity percent. I think that's why I'm so happy.
