Hey guys, my account has been I definitely restricted because I was unable to provide a tracking number. However, my items are gaming account with an email and password. My customs all confirm they have revived their account. I’ve revived MC011 and they said “we cannot reply to further inquired about getting your account unrestricted”

You were selling items you don't, you only use the accounts, you don't own them.

Were you approved to sell digital items?

Were they listed correctly?

You obviously started listing items before understanding how eBay works.

You listed your digital items under the the Category of PHYSICAL video games ... which means you had to prove delivery by providing a tracking number.

Your account is currently PERMANENTLY restricted from selling on eBay ... and any new account you register will ALSO be permanently restricted.  I'm very sorry, but I'm afraid you're done selling on eBay.

Unfortunately, you are most likely in violation of eBay's Electronically delivered items Policy, link below for you to read.

I suggest you wait a month and if your Selling privileges have not be reinstated then you request a call back from them and ask specifically for the Trust and Safety Department and discuss your situation with them.

It is possible you can eventually Sell again but there is also the chance you are or will be banned from Selling permanently.

Have you read Fortnite/EPIC terms of service?  It says:

Users don't  own their accounts, and gifting or otherwise transferring of access or access keys is prohibited.

You're only permitted to use the Services for your personal non- commercial use.

You must not sell for any commercial purposes any part of the service, access to the services  or use of the services.
