I haven't shipped first class international in a while, today I was told that that there is a new first class international service and that the one I used for years no longer exist. Is that correct?
Also, are the tracking codes not using the LZ anymore.
I was told this by a po box shop I use to process international packages when I need it. However, they could not even explain why. Can you please tell me what is the deal with First class international. Thank you.

No that statement is not correct - at least not in the real world. If you are enrolled in eBay's international service it does not exist. If however, you are NOT enrolled and prefer to ship the packages direct then it does exist.
It is also available on the post office web site, pirateship, stamps.com and any number of other sites.
Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus first class international - just NOT for shippers using eBay's international delivery system.
And it is generally cheaper than eBay's international program.

Have you tried looking at the USPS website?
