You need to contact the seller regarding your purchase.
This is the eBay community boards, and NONE of us are eBay employees -- we are just a bunch of buyers and sellers, who attempt to help each other out with questions -- like yours.
Go to your seller screen, and click on "Purchase History."
Then click on "Purchases," and find the item that you had ordered.
On the right side of the screen are a column of blue boxes. Click on the box that says "More actions."
Then click on the icon that reads "Contact seller."
Follow the instructions regarding what you are asking of your seller.
