Hi I don’t use eBay that much and I ordered an item a couple of weeks ago and haven’t received it yet, I can see that the seller has shipped it through ups but on the tracking it still says in transit and this was on the 24th November. I just want to know how is responsible for chasing it up, weather it’s me or the seller? I did call ups and they said a claims form needs to be completed but again not sure if it’s me or the seller who should do this? Thanks
