Arrived damaged by usps,sent priority mail.
usps online says my package is not qualified for refund?..

USPS very seldom pays for damage anymore.
Why did they say it doesnt qualify?
Did you submit the forms?
Did the buyer hold all packing and take the item to the PO?
Does the packaging show damage by USPS?

I had $50.00 insurance. No,to all other questions.
usps says the buyer put in a claim and no response
from my buyer.

Seller is responsible since it wasn't packed correctly...damaged...seller does not know how to pack it.
Take photos and send to seller. It is the seller's fault...Should be refunded by seller.
I wouldn't wait for anything. Ask for a refund.
Refund for item lost...not damaged...from post office.
