Had a customer use DHL Global Forwarding and the tracking number is not updating the order, just stuck at "shipped" status. I selected DHL Active Tracing (Freight) as the option when I entered the tracking#. Also tried a couple other DHL options with no luck. Does anyone know if ANY of the DHL options work for a global forwarding tracking#?

From what the OP is posting, I think they're the seller, not the buyer, @ebooksdiva.
@northerncontrolswarehouse, I suspect that scan events for freight shipments are far and few between. Maybe check the tracking on a third party site (I like Parcelsapp) to see if there are scan events that haven't been transmitted properly.

We're the seller. It's tracking just fine on the DHL site and there's been multiple scan events. No results on Parcelsapp though which is interesting.
