Buyer has all mail on hold at his postal facility due to holidays. The buyer confirms receipt (via dm thru ebay) but funds are still on hold. How do we expedite the fund release to paypal acct. so frustrated.

When you say "confirms receipt" does that mean he has actually picked it up? If so then there should be a "delivery" scan.

He has not physically picked it up from post office, but stated he called to verify he had received it.

Not sure why you are anxious to get funds released from a PP hold? In reality the funds aren't yours until they are, or in other words the funds aren't yours until the MBG expires. Recent changes in eBay and PP rules require you to have funds in PP account to give refunds as the previous back fill from back-up resources apparently doesn't work. So expediting a release to PP seems like a moot point at this point.

Not that it is relevant, but my grandmother has passed away and the funds from this particular sell are for a plane ticket so i can at least attend her memorial service. I have never had PP hold funds in previous satisfactory transactions so now you can see why i need the process expedited. Thank you for your input.
