Im not a big youtube star so seens ebays cs doesnt care to talk to us. How the heck if i gave cs lije this id be out of business. Once and order is paid for how can i change from ship to local pu. My customer wanted his item as a Christmas gift so he came and picked it up but ebay shows i need to ship it. But the customer just left with it! Any help please & thank you...Roger

Roger, you can go to your "sold" listings page and on the right hand side of that particular listing click on "view order details"--near the top of that drop down is "mark as shipped." likewise, the buyer can go to their summary page, where there is an option to mark received. hope this helps.
