Custom shipping option

Hello, I want to create custom shipping method and use it instead of eBay default shipment offers. For my eBay listings I use third party service which offers shipments options. Question: is it possible to create custom shipping method for this case?

Custom shipping rates? Yes - with flat shipping costs.

Custom shipping method? Not sure what you mean by method.

You're in Lithuania on the .com site. That means shipping to the US is domestic and shipping anywhere else, including Lithuania, is international.

You'll need to use flat ship costs and choose one of the options such as "economy shipping from outside the US".

I'll specify my question. Is it possible to create over eBay API custom shipping method, use it for listings and update tracking information for it, etc.?
