Custom shipping emails?

Hello! I recently purchased something from a different user and when the item was shipped recieved a custom email from them letting me know that the item had shipped with their email, logo etc. Where do you configure this i would love to have this for my store!

They probably used a third party client. You can't set that up through eBay.
