Create Shipping Label

Did ebay/USPS make changes to their shipping options? Getting ready to mail a First Class Parcel weighing 12.9 oz and Print Shipping Label's  only option coming up is purchasing a Flatrate Box label. Even putting in a lower weight still only gives me the flatrate option.

In the listing I offered First Class Parcel.

Have you tried clicking on compare all options?

That is about all I can offer. I haven't had that problem.  It looks like you have your listings set up for first class package.

What do you have in the dimensions?

The other question might be (don't shoot me folks) is if you have had charge backs to you for your first class parcels not meeting the criteria for first class parcels.

Thanks for your replies and suggestions, I appreciate it.  After turning computer off and restarting, it is now working. Have had a lot of problems with it and guess it's just time for a new one. Again, thanks for your help.
