Counterfeit Label

Bought an item. USPS will not deliver. They gave me a ticket saying label is counterfeit. I have to pay @16.00 to get the item. What can I do?

Counterfeit Label

I would refuse the package, then file an INR.

Postage due is the only reason you can refuse a package and be covered by the MBG.

Have a great day.

If the tracking does not say delivered, wait one day past the last given delivery date. If it's not arrived, file an item not as received case.    That has happened with real labels.  Their system seems to mess up every so often.    You can try and open a case at USPS.com

@simba6

Maybe I’m confused…..Why would the OP file a Not as described case if tracking doesn’t say delivered? Wouldn’t that be an item not received?
