Hi,
Been a long time customer. Noticing lately that my ebay orders ship fast, but then USPS tracking doesn't update for a week or more except to say, arriving late. This doesn't happen with my amazon or Walmart orders, only ebay. Doesn't ebay get such spec6low rates that delivery is not a concern? I'm baffled why this is only happening with ebay sellers. I also ship weekly to from CA to FL and my packages are usually early and almost never late. So, does ebay care at all? Does ebay ever file complaints with USPS, it does ebay get such low rates, they don't care about shipping time frame? Not buying any more until this is addressed. Something fishy going on. I have been nice to my sellers and have not dinged them for the long deliveries, not from now on, my feedback will reflect the slow delivery. Maybe if enough sellers get feedback that reflects the slow shipping, they will start to ask ebay why, instead

We also live in the St. Louis area. And there are as many issues with the St. Louis Distribution Center as in Memphis! They are horrible! We just had three packages that have been in shipping limbo for a month finally arrive at their destinations. There is no excuse for the St. Louis Distribution Center to send packages to California when the final destination in Virginia, North Carolina and Indiana! Absolutely no excuse! When the post office fails to scan packages eBay dings us.... the sellers. That is eBay's fault! Once we hand over a package delivery is out of our control yet eBay holds us liable if the post office fails to scan and/or deliver in a timely manner. One of the packages we had just arrive to our buyer today was sent on May 7th and it was a Priority Mail package! The Post Office in general needs a complete overhaul. And the replacement of a lot of lazy workers who don't care about doing their jobs correctly and timely.

It's the Postmaster General of the USA who has made things worst for our Post Office. Has nothing to do with eBay. He made some big changes for the worst.

Ebay doesnt give a rats ass about the seller. Same thing happened to me twice in the past few months. Item was shipped out within specified time with tracking. USPS lost the item. Ebay refunded the buyer. Item shows up to buyer but i never get paid. Ebay said that i am responsible for the deivert of the item Why doesnt Ebay just start their own delivery system like Amazon or Walmart.

My favorite is "In transit, arriving on time" even though it's 9 PM on the delivery day and it hasn't even been scanned at the buyer's post office yet.
