Combining orders in Pirateship

Is there a way to combine multiple orders in Pirateship so that it will generate one label for the combined shipping and then upload that one tracking number to the multiple corresponding orders in ebay?

Or would I have to just copy and paste to upload the tracking manually to the additional orders?

No there is not. Yes you have to manually input tracking on eBay for additional items.
