Combing shipping

I have a buyer who wants to buy a few of the items I'm selling. I have my account set up for combining shipping. They put the items  in their shopping cart, but not allowing them to request total. They are wondering if that is a desktop feature only. I don't know because I don't use ebay app on my phone.

I don’t use the app either.

I would ask your buyer if they could use their devices browser to request a total. But if you have your shipping set up to combine, then requesting a total shouldn’t be necessary.

Are you in EIS?(eBay International Shipping)?? 

If so; no 'combined' for an 'international' buyer.

I don’t ship internationally so that never entered my mind.

The request total option in the cart is not available on the app.

They could never get it done so I had to make a listing for them with all they wanted in it. Problem solved.
