I have a buyer from Canada who has purchased 16 items from me. The first being November 27, the last was yesterday. I am unable to combine his items for shipping through the GSP. I do need him to pay as it is coming up on a month, and all of the items come to quite a bit of money. He is asking me to combine his items for shipping, but I can't do this through eBay. In my listings, I clearly state that I only ship within the US. However, I do participate with GSP and have had no issues prior to this. I have sent him a few e mails about this issue, but haven't heard back.
Any advice on how to proceed? Thank you in advance.
