Combined Invoice Request No Zip Code or Country

Buyer has unpaid purchases under sold that have a combined invoice request, but there is no zip code or country showing for me to be able to give them shipping price. I was able to see their country from user profile. It is a USA user. Other than messaging buyer and waiting on reply, is there any other way to get their zip code? 

SOLVED: Hop on Ebay.com via browser, select classic site mode,  and select “send invoice” then the buyers full address will show.

You can get the buyer's zip code by switching to eBay's classic site mode on a browser. Then, go to "Send Invoice," and the buyer's full address, including the zip code, will appear.
