Charged for a missing label

Hi, all! I’m not new to eBay, but I’m new to the community discussions. I recently listed a bunch of stuff and have had no hiccups selling and shipping until today: I purchased a label through the app, was charged through my PayPal, but was given neither a shipping label nor tracking number. When I load up the item, it says it still needs to be shipped! As you all know, it should refresh and auto-upload your tracking if you purchase it through eBay themselves instead of getting it done at the store or the shipper’s website. I contacted the shipper center support (us-ebay-shiplabels10@ebay.com) with my order and item ID, as well as my PayPal transaction ID, but have received no response. I just got done with the chat service and was told that I need to contact USPS for the information. USPS wouldn’t know, though, because it was purchased through eBay, and around and around! My question is why can I be charged for shipping, not receive what I paid for, then be sent in circles despite having all of the numbers to prove it? Would PayPal be able to resolve this issue? Any similar stories or advice would be welcome.

I have had a weird situation too where I knew for sure I made a label and paid in the app.... and it said I didnt and still needed to ship. It happened fast like blink of an eye. Said it was purchased and then gone. I was confused and made another. In hurry and needed to get to post office. 

I think it happened in the summer. It's best to search on ebay website for answers and not app. If you know you definitely paid as you stated from PP transaction an option would be to check if the label can be voided, as then it would be refunded since not used. 

Check your shipping labels to void. Another option is the PP transaction wont complete. It can take 5 days (or is it longer) for a transaction to complete. The charge may just drop off then. 

I cant remember exactly what happened with mine but I think I wasn't charged and it was a weird app glitch thing.

It wasn't your imagination! Lol  It did happen but theres no label or completed charge. I dont have an explanation just my version of what happened to me too.
