Changing label size

I have my PDF set at 4x6 for printing label  But when label prints it’s an 8x11

Any help appreciated

On the create label page look to the right where the current label size and format is shown.   Click change and set it to 4x6.

Hi @johbatso72 - can you let us know which platform you're using?

There's a current issue with users on iOS 18 and the eBay app.

If you're on any other iOS or Android version, or on the website, you can easily choose label size.

Let us know those details and we can advise further on how to get the 4x6 labels you need.

OK yeah, I thought that might be the case.

For the time being my best suggestion is to log in to the website instead of the app to print your labels. You can do it from your phone.

Only iOS 18 is impacted, as far as I can tell, with reports of 4x6 labels generating as 8x11. The problem was reported to eBay last week and I'm hoping we'll see a fix by next week. App updates are released on Mondays. We probably would have seen a fix sooner if not for the timing with Thanksgiving.
