Is there a way to have the Instore Shipping Rates instead of eBay rates displayed in a listing so that the buyer will pay the Retail Rate and not the discounted eBay rates?
I understand if you do this the Retail Rate minus eBays 12.55% will be very close to their discounted rate.

If your listings are offering the commercial shipping rates, then you have your shipping preferences set to offer carrier discounts. You need to turn this off.

I guess the problem I am having is I do not find the setting to change it.

Ok, I think I found it. Thanks
Do you think this will change current listings or just new listings?

"Edit" the "Offer carrier-specific discounts for buyers".

It definitely won't change active auctions that have received a bid or any listing with an open offer.

After changing the setting, go to one of your listings to see what the shipping charges show.
When using that setting you have to watch out if shipping 1st class.
If not passing along the savings then when an item is listed a 14, 15, 16 ounces the buyer cost will revert to the "retail" cost for "Priority" as the cut off is 13 ounces for 1st Class retail.
As I have been instructed here in the past, when listing 1st Class shipping for items that are 14-16 ounces, just input as 13 ounces (13-16 ship at same rate) when doing the listing to preclude showing the buyer an excessive shipping charge. You can put the correct weight in when purchasing the label.

That is a good tip on the First Class. I will have to try and remember to stop at 13 ounces. I have a lot of items that are between 5 and 7 ounces so I just use 8 ounces.

For Hong Kong was a huge typhoon we can't ship our items, we delay one day only for some items, than we got the shipping rating down to 86% and got the selling limits, I contacted eBay many times but still can't fixed it yet
