Cannot enter package dimensions on new listing

I'm not a new seller, and I'm familiar with the eBay system to enter package withwe and dimensions for a new listing. I've used the eBay app to sell before.

But I'm trying to list an item and the shipping page has no place to enter package weight and dimensions. I can only enter a flat rate, even though the page has the title of "Enter weight and dimension." Is that app broken?

Having same issue for past two weeks trying to list items online.

Can create selling page fine, but cannot enter package weight and dimensions.  Cursor just blinks, then page refreshes with message saying "please enter package information" or some such.
