Cannot Use Shipping Rate Tables

Hi everyone,

My name is Jeffrey and I've been selling internationally (ebay.com and ebay.co.uk), using my ebay.nl account and shipping from the Netherlands, for a couple of years now. Currently I'm trying to expand my Ebay.com listings and I was hoping to make shipping prices more accurate by using shipping rate tables. However, the button to use shipping rate tables in my shipping policies do not appear.

Does someone know what I'm doing wrong and what I need to do to fix this?

Below you can see that the button to use shipping rate tables does not appear.

In the menu that says, "Calculated," change that choice to "Flat."

Thank you so much! it finally works and apparently you have to create a new policy, after you made the rate tables, before the option shows up.

I'm already really happy, but what would make it even better is if the weight of different items in my shopping cart would be combinded so my buyers don't have to pay the initial shipping price on every item. Do you know if this is also possible?
