Cannot Generate Scan Form

I am getting "Bulk Label Printing Error" when generating Scan Form more often lately.  Anyone having the same issue?  How do you get it fix?  USPS personnel is not going to be happy scanning each and every package with bulk shipping.

Ive never once successfully gotten a scan form generated or printed... my poor USPS employees scan my pkgs one by one. I average 8-12pkgs at a time, most ever was 20, so it's not bad I suppose. If I begin doing higher volume in the future, I'll figure it out and make it work... ive tried a number of times though...
