There is a bug with the canceling item on ebay selling page which when I click on "buyer wants to cancel order" redirects to a page saying "cancelation complete you don't need to do anything else" then when I click details says "this order is canceled cancelation is pending". Besides that when I try clicking the send refund button for a seller refund it gives an error saying there is an "open post transaction case" that exists on the case and "a refund cannot be triggered". It has been a month since the order was canceled and I have been unable to refund it due to this bug or reach anyone at ebay through any of the contact us features to report it. At this point my only options left to try if this is not fixed is reporting it as fraud to my bank and the trade local commission. Is there anything to do so ebay can fix the bug?
