Can't print a second label for same guy

The issue is: I sent stuff to a client. That was fine. But now I want to just send him another thing, for free,  like a little gift or whatever. I can find the old label in shipping labels, but when I click "Print Another Label," it just says OOPS SOMETHING WENT WRONG. I used to be able to do this with ease, why the problem now? Anyone know what to do about this?

You cannot use the same postage label for two different packages (this is what it looks like you are attempting to do by selecting that link).

If you want to purchase a second label:

1. View All Orders
2. Find the original item that you sold to your customer
3. On the drop-down menu to the left, click it and select "Print Shipping Label"
4. Follow the instructions to purchase a second label for this second package.

Be aware that if you print another label for the same item, it will supersede your previous shipment date with the newer one, and if it's outside of your Handling time, it can be counted as a late shipment.

If you want to make a second shipment to the buyer without disturbing your Shipping metrics for the first one, use the https://www.paypal.com/shipnow interface instead (or just buy postage for your "gift" item over the counter).
