I'm unable to print any priority mail labels using Stamps.com. Apparently, the software did not update for the new rates. I tried calling them, however their line was busy. Is anyone else having this problem?

I use stamps.com but I use the web version, not the software. You can use the web version as a work-around until you get this sorted. But did you update your software @mozartbach1971? I can't tell from your OP.
Did you get the e-mail they sent last week titled:
Important Notice: July USPS Price Change & Required Software Update
It said, in part:
As a result of the USPS changes in July 2022, all users of our desktop software must perform a mandatory software update by July 10, 2022.
The latest version of our software is now available for download at www.stamps.com/download

I didn't know you needed to update it yourself. In the past they always did it automatically. Will the online one work for me?

Yeah, they sent out an alert to let us know that it required a manual software update this time. Just go ahead and download the new version and you should be fine. But if you want to give the web version a try, just go to stamps.com and log in through the online portal.

I'm able to print first class labels just fine. I think for now I'll use Pirate shipping for priority mail.
