Hi Everyone,
I am trying to print out a First Class shipping label, but eBay Labels will not let me print anything USPS.
The blue box that you click on to print the label is gray and unusable.
If I change to any other carrier the box is blue and usable.
All my settings are correct: 8"x6"x3" box, 7oz. and "custom size" is highlighted because I am using my own box.
I did delete cookies from my computer a little while ago because I had thousands......could that have messed something up ? But why just for USPS ?
Any help would be great, I need to ship this item in the morning.

You can print labels on pay pal Here's a link
https://www.paypal.com/signin?returnUri=%2Fshiplabel%2Fcreate%2F
Hope this helps. I had a problem on ebay printing an apo media mail label so I went to paypal and it printed with no problem.

Did the buyer select a different option for shipping?

Awesome, thank you !
I was hoping eBay didn't close us out from USPS as a remedy for what's been happening.....it would be a little late in the game as the mail has started to move, but wouldn't surprise me a bit.

In my case, the shipping option on the listing is First Class but eBay shows the option Ground Advantage and no option for First Class.

eBay does not sell postage labels for First Class letters or flats (AKA Large envelope). If your item qualifies to be mailed that way, you can mail it at the Post Office or just put stamps on. Neither does PayPal.
This thread is over three years old. The original poster was referring to shipping something as a First Class package; that service no longer exists, it was absorbed into Ground Advantage. If your piece was going to ship as a First Class package, then Ground Advantage is the correct option.
Some of your items might qualify for shipping using the special eBay Standard Envelope (ESE), which has tracking. Here's an explanation of that service, including the categories in which it is available for label purchase.
