Buyer opened a return before expected delivery date

The expected delivery date of the item was (Jan 28, 2025 - Feb 4, 2025) and somehow the buyer was able to opened a return order today (January 29) what can I do (no shipping label for item unfortunately)

A return can be opened before the estimated delivery date,  an INR can’t be opened until the day after the EDD.  The buyer in this case opened a return.
