Is it safe to ship it? New buyer with same exact address name but zip code is different and when i enter both address all point to the address on ebay purchase not paypal.
I don't understand your post exactly, but if you have a question about a buyer's address, wouldn't it make sense to contact the buyer and ask him? And you are aware that you have to ship to the exact address shown on the checkout page, right?
