First, I do NOT accept returns. I am selling my personal clothes in excellent condition with clear measurements, but this buyer bought 4 dresses anyway, tried on, thought 2 were too small on her, wanted to return them. I granted return, just not to cause any problem. But this buyer obviously has problem following rules and instructions.
In the return instruction the return address is: RN Parts, 915 Doyle Rd #303-205 Deltona FL 32725
The buyer returned items today with the address: 915 Doyle Rd Deltona FL 32725
There's really just slight chance this can be delivered to me because this is my business address, it's a business plaza with more than 20 businesses all together, without a suite number the package becomes almost un-deliverable. There will be 2 possibilities: 1 the package will be returned to buyer; 2 the package will be possibly delivered to the first business the mailman stops (it happened before). What should I do?
What worries me is this mistake is not detectable with just a tracking number. USPS system only shows this package to be delivered to FL 32725. If it's delivered somewhere else, I will lose $65 worth of clothing and have to refund her.

Did she open a return case?
Did buyer tell you she shipped to incomplete address? Is this documented?

Go to
My ebay > Summary > Account > Addresses
There are 5 addresses to Edit.
Make sure the RETURN address is correct.

Contact the currier and see if they can correct the address or hold the package for you.

I did. You know how post office is. I tried to correct it online. I only got a message saying there's a technical difficulty and USPS can't do it. I don't know if it has something to do the shipping label has no recipient on it, just the address. There are about 1000 people at this address from different businesses.

Why use a business address that is so congested? I have been on eBay since 2004 and never had any issue using my home address. Actually my business address is probably the easiest ever to use and I do if there is something coming FedEx and it needs signed for. I work at a small (7 routes) post office.
Also I don't understand. She opened a case so a pre-paid return label would have been available with the address YOU provided.

Can @rnparts2013 have the no-name-on-label package held for pickup at their post office by its tracking number alone?

I don't think whether I should use business address is relevant to the discussion here. It's the most convenient address to use as my home address is in rural area with more than 2000 ft of driveway through the woods, Post Office, UPS, FedEx never drove down to deliver packages, or they deliver to the wrong address. Suite number is quite common in shipping addresses, just like an apartment number, I have never had problem before.
As this case is buyer's remorse, I don't know if label is pre-paid, it's paid by buyer. My return address is as shown above.

After I review the return case once again, here are some clarifications of the situation:
1. Buyer did not use a shipping label provided by eBay, she added a USPS tracking number.
2. Buyer purchased the shipping label from a Self-Service Kiosk from the tracking info shown.
3. Note: this is not INAD case, this is a buyer remorse case. She claimed the dresses she bought are too small for her, and opened a return case.
4. I have tried with USPS but unable to edit the address.
5. I have contacted the buyer to let her know the issue and asked her if she could revise the address on her end, no response.
