I like to have my packing slips display the color eBay logo ... when I print them individually, the font is a good size and the colored logo is there. Often, when I have 20 or more slips to print, it is just so much quicker to print in bulk. However, the packing slip in the bulk mode, do not show the color logo, not does it print the buyers username, and the font is much smaller. Is there a way to print in bulk and have them look identical to the individually printed packing slips?

Packing slips are a complete waste of paper, ink, and time.

I have shipped over 65,000 eBay packages and have never had a shipping label damaged.
The packing slip that you print costs several cents.

I would guess that a packing slip would cost me around 3 cents.
Multiply that by 65,000 and it adds up to $1,950 extra profit that I have made.

I personally detest sellers who do not include packing slips ... it gives the appearance of being CHEAP and underhanded. I like my customers to be able to compare what they ordered to what they received, especially when they purchase multiple items. My initial question was not whether I should go to the expense of including a packing slip ... that's my choice ... the question was if there was a way to get the slip to look identical to the individually printed slips while using the bulk tool ... to which you did not reply ... and simply changed the subject. If you don't have an answer to the question ... keep your pie hole closed

I'm not familiar wth the bulk tool version of the packing slip, but I think the answer will boil down to whether you have the option of editing the template that's being used. The default template apparently has monochrome graphics, from what you describe, so what you'd need to do is to edit the template to swap in a color eBay logo (or a whole 'nother template of your own creation).
One other thought: have your own preprinted Packing Slip stationery with some appropriate color design on the page that won't be overset by the bulk packing slip printout itself, but will compliment it instead. (i.e. plant a color eBay logo or whatever in those portions of the page that are otherwise whitespace on the bulk packing slip form)

Single label purchase packing slips have a color logo.
Bulk packing slips have an entirely different layout - down to having a thumbnail of the item if you so choose. I don't even see an eBay logo on it. You can customize it though.
I too used to like the look of the colored logo, but I got a laser printer and it's not an option. I had no choice but to let it go.
You would have to go in Shipping Labels after you made your purchase and print them individually.
