I've been having a weird couple of weeks. First, the tracking info on my shipping labels didn't match what was in eBay, and now my Rollo printer isn't printing barcodes at the bottom of my USPS shipping labels.
This began this weekend. I found that, when printing shipping labels through eBay in my browser (Firefox), everything below the buyer's address is cut off. That includes the barcode, tracking number, "USPS Tracking #" text, and even the thin black box around the outside of the label and tracking number. This occurs when I print a single or multiple USPS labels, but doesn't affect FedEx labels.
I can properly print labels if I download them as a PDF first and open them in a PDF viewer. Did I accidentally change a setting in eBay or my browser?

I would pose this question to the Tech savvy people. Use the menu above and select Discussions/Inside eBay/Technical Issues.

Yes, default your browser to open PDF documents externally in a PDF viewer. Do not use the PDF capability built into your browser.

You've adjusted something in your print settings with your browser.
I never use the built-in PDF viewers with browsers ... always use the Adobe software.
