I ran into this situation where I sold an item, I Googled the address to confirm where it was going 18 Boulden Circle Suite 2, Caramatic LLC K18501 New Castle DE19726. And what popped up was a suspicious Address then also Scammers. I notified Ebay and consulted with them and yes there are complaints on that address. So to save myself and Ebay a headache I just refunded the money back to the buyer. What seems to happen is the buyer will claim to have NOT received the item and then file a claim etc. So save yourself a headache AVOID that address also, and maybe if it helps get them to ADMIT it's a FREIGHT FORWARDER you're sending it to BEFORE shipping, and once they get it, you are out, and now it's between buyer and freight forwarder now. I hope this helps, and thank you to all who posted about the address and made us all aware.

Do what you must.
Most FF addresses have "complaints".
Many of those are because scammers will use the address to ship to when they trick someone into sending the purchase there when they were not actually the buyer.
The greatest # of FF shipments go without issue.

So what if the buyer files INR? As long as tracking shows delivery to that FF address, you will win the claim.

Ebay covers you no matter what or else none us would be on here buying/selling. But if you love living life on the edge as it sounds press you're luck. That's why I stated save yourself a headache.

My selling ID has sent a lot of her eBay sold items to addresses in Delaware and has never, ever had a problem with any of those transactions. Never ever had a headache from them. Never had a moment of worry. Yes, I do suspect that many of the buyers actually reside in Russia or Ukraine (sales pre-war) or Asian countries. I know that one of them lives in Australia.
As an eBay seller, my very few "problems" have been gripes about the length of time for delivery -- in December, when the USPS is generally more overloaded with packages and cards. BTW, those gripes came from Alaska and Colorado, states often recognized as very cold and snowy in December.

I chose not to proceed.
Maybe not all freight forwarders as you say are not the same but in this circumstance with the complaints listed I chose to follow the others warning and not proceed. So when I see BEWARE SCAM. I chose to kick rocks and move on.
I'm no shipper and but luckily I saw this warning before dropping it off at the post office . The FF could probably do the same you would assume then just maybe their complaints would be limited if any.
As long as their not a part of it.
Again this is just aimed towards this place...

That is great to hear this sounds like you knew where this was going? See in my case as a seller all I knew was its going to DE. like in 3-5 days Not Russia or etc. Yes sounds about right that's what would happen, gripes on delays on delivery and all depending on how far out its going.

Unfortunately, most of what you read is "presumption" written by paranoid and uneducated sellers thinking the buyer is trying to "circumvent" their "I don't ship International" choice.......
Beware! (with 44 exclamation points)
I may be lucky, but have yet to have any issue with a freight forwarder, and that includes final destinations of Japan, Europe, Hong Kong and "parts unknown"

Sounds like a freight forwarder. As long as there is tracking showing delivery to the freight forwarder's address, the seller is covered, even if the buyer files a claim that it was not received.

I run into same problem. TK# show delivered. Ebay let you win the dispute inside ebay dispute. But buyer open a dispute with his credit card, end up losing the case.

If that was happened recently you should appeal it. Since tracking showed as delivered eBay should have covered the chargeback even if the bank did not rule in your favor.

It's a legitimate address used by ZipX and it is a package forwarding service. I've used it for the past 25 years and I hope you will reconsider not shipping there. It's ideal for people living on a small island because they can consolidate your small packages and ship one box to you. If we had to pay for each parcel to be delivered to us it would cost a fortune.
