I shipped two pairs of shoes same day, 1 went to the Vegas authentication and the other went off to New York or somewhere around there.
the second package took a day to be authenticated and the buyer received it a day later.
the first package was received by the Authenticator a week ago and I haven’t heard a peep since. Starting to get worried they lost my shoes, as I know for a fact they’re real I bought them brand new from Nordstrom. Is there anyway to contact the authentication or something and figure out what’s going on? Starting to fear I’ll get a bad review because of something out of my control.
